Working in the area this place was recommended for great drinks. Great drinks yes horrible service though. I noticed on the window. They advertised happy hour so I pulled up to the window and asked what the happy hour was. The girl simply stated happy hour is from 2 to 4 PM. Buy one get one free. I said great order a drink for myself and one for a friend got to the window and was charged for both when I asked it’s only 3:15 PM. I thought it was happy hour by when it went free the server Alexis C got snotty with me and said only for tea I said well had you explain that to me? I would’ve ordered my friend a different drink so we could get the happy hour special. She stuck her nose in the air got snotty with me and slammed the window after handing me my drinks. Again the tea tasted great, but the service is horrible. Maybe some extended customer service training for Miss Alexis.

I love this place! Perfect for this heat a nice cold tea! Yum! Avery is always so sweet and helpful my favorite is the Texas chai latte you all gotta try!

Usually really enjoy coming here, but just now I stopped by and not only were several very popular flavors completely empty, but when we ordered a half gallon, the girl gave it to us without saying anything. She just slid it across the counter and walked away, no “here’s that for you” or anything. Felt rude. I usually get much better customer service here.

* NO DRIP COFFEE. ITS INSTANT EWWWW But the tea is good. They have lots of flavors, unsweetened as well. And they also have tables to sit at. And merchandise to buy. Store was clean. Staff was nice. You can bring your 5 gallon jugs and get filtered water. As well. Ice too.

This is a great local option for tea. They have so many varieties to select from, and they let you sample them before you purchase. There are so many great tea options here in a clean well kept establishment. They have a great business model and have excellent service. You will find something you like here. It is really easy to find using Google Maps. Plenty of free parking in their lot.
